Finding and Keeping the Right People

DBIG is very well connected in the technical community -- especially (as our name implies) in the database applications arena.  Unlike most consulting or recruiting firms, using third party resume banks like Monster.com or Dice.com is a last resort when it comes to hiring both our own employees/consultants -- and yours.  Our repeat business comes from customers who are pleased with our talented and stable work force and from technical folks who appreciate our ability to match them with the right job and support them with true added-value.
